Mind & Makers

We are a small team that runs on curiosity, care, and a very short list of strong opinions.
The Anagram team is intentionally compact — a dozen people who each wear several hats, many of them weekly. A hotelier doubles as a host. A designer doubles as a maintenance escalator. A founder answers the front desk. It keeps us close to the guest, and it keeps the bureaucracy out.
We work with a rotating cast of makers we trust: a Munich furniture studio that builds to order, a local ceramicist who glazes in small batches, two sound designers who tune the room audio down to the half-decibel. None of them are household names; most of them will never be. That is part of the point.
If the hotel feels quietly considered, it is because the hands on it were few and the standards were high. That is the whole trick.
