Haus im Tal and Palazzo Indipendenza both keep a house notebook. Each entry is whatever felt worth recording that week: a guest's Bavarian cocktail discovery, the neighbourhood's Tuesday-night market, the way the light hits the courtyard at 16:40 in October.
The posts are short, unpolished, and true. That is the contract. We do not rewrite them for the website and we do not run them past marketing. What you read is what the house saw.
Expect recipes, photographs, overheard conversations, and the occasional weather report that could only matter to someone already staying there.
